Hello. I am a technologist and legal researcher based in New Delhi. I currently work in the secretariat of the Progressive International, serve as interim head of the Global Digital Programme at ARTICLE 19, and study the design of censorship-resistant systems as a Iran Cyber Dialogue Fellow.

I also serve as co-chair of the Public Interest Technology Group, and on the Advisory Board of the critical infrastructure lab.

In the past, I've studied online censorship in Asia as a Information Controls Fellow; led research on internet governance and civil liberties at the Centre for Internet and Society; and worked as a Legislative Assistant to Member of Parliament (LAMP) Fellow.
